Other Government Agencies (OGA) or Partner Government Agencies (PGA)

 다른 나라도 마찬가지 이겠지만 미국으로 수출을 진행하려면 OGA 혹은 PGA 와 내가 수출할 물품이 연관성이 있는지 그리고 연관성이 있다면 법령에 맞게 제대로 준비를 마쳐놓은 상태인지 꼼꼼히 확인 하여야 한다. 미국은 통관을 진행하는 동시에 OGA 혹은 PGA 에게 관련건의 정보를 발송하여 미국에서 사용 가능 불가능을 통관과 동시에 결정 짓기 때문이다. 그래서 통관이 완료된 물건이라 할 지라도 OGA 혹은 PGA 가 Release 안한 제품이라면 보세창고에서 나의 창고로 물건을 운송할 수는 있어도 제품을 Distribute 하면 안되고 수입 된 상태 그래도 보존하고 있어야한다.
